Welcome to okbit. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the okbit platform. By accessing the website, registering an account, or using any gaming service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all provisions of these Terms.

You are strongly advised to read this entire document carefully before using the platform. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform and contact our support team to close your account.

The following terms used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" — The okbit website, mobile site, and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "Player" — Any active account holder registered on okbit.
• "Account" — A personal gaming profile registered in a user's name.
• "Bonus" — Any welcome bonus, cashback, or other incentive provided by okbit.
• "Deposit" — Funds deposited into the account by the player.
• "Withdrawal" — Transfer of funds from the account to the player's personal payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" — A condition requiring a specified amount of bets to be placed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

To open an account and use gaming services on okbit, you must be at least 21 years old. Use of any platform service by minors is strictly prohibited. okbit may request identification documents or other proof of age at any time. If a user is found to be a minor, their account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be confiscated.

To open a valid account, you must meet the following conditions:

• Each individual may register only one account.
• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration.
• Only one account may be opened per mobile number or email address.
• Registration using a proxy, VPN, or any other identity-concealing technology is prohibited.
• The account holder is solely responsible for the security of their account.

okbit may request identity verification (KYC) at any time to ensure safe and transparent service. A national ID card, passport, or other government-approved document may be required. If valid documents are not submitted within the specified timeframe, the account may be temporarily or permanently suspended and withdrawals may be blocked.

okbit currently supports the following payment methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
• Nagad — The mobile financial service operated by the postal department.
• Rocket — The mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• Bank Transfer — Direct transfers through major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Sonali Bank, and Islami Bank.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (the same for all methods). The maximum deposit limit depends on each method's own policy and your account tier. Successful deposits are generally reflected in your account within a few minutes. If there is a delay for any reason, please notify the support team immediately.

The payment method and number used when making a deposit must belong to the registered account holder. Deposits made in a third party's name will not be accepted and may be returned.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, if additional verification is required, it may take a little longer.

• Withdrawal requests may only be made from verified accounts.
• Withdrawals will generally be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be fully met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• okbit may verify any withdrawal request and delay it if necessary.

New members are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive the bonus. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. A deposit of ৳42,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.

This bonus applies only once at the time of the first deposit and is automatically added to the account.

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit and bonus combined. For example: a ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳20,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• Withdrawals from the bonus balance cannot be made until the wagering requirement has been met.
• The wagering contribution rate may vary for certain games — contact support for details.
• If the wagering requirement is not met, the bonus will expire and be cancelled.

• Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Bonuses cannot under any circumstances be converted to cash or transferred to another account.
• okbit reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses may be cancelled if unusual betting patterns are detected.

The okbit VIP program has five tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold — Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Moving to a higher VIP tier depends on your overall gaming activity. VIP tier assessments are conducted regularly and okbit reserves the right to determine and change tiers at its own discretion.

Weekly cashback is credited to the account at a set time each week. Cashback funds are added directly to the real balance — confirm with support whether a separate wagering requirement applies. okbit reserves the right to change the benefits, rates, or terms of the VIP program.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on okbit:

• Obtaining or misusing bonus benefits through fraudulent means.
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to operate games.
• Coordinated betting between accounts for the purpose of manipulation (Matched Betting or Arbitrage).
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Harassing, intimidating, or deceiving other users.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to okbit's systems or hacking.

All games on okbit are powered by established game providers — such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, and others — which use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair outcomes. The platform is secured with SSL encryption.

Keep your login credentials (password, PIN) completely confidential. Do not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and notify the support team. The account holder is responsible for all activity on the account.

• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Registration using false information.
• Failure to submit identity verification documents.

You may request the closure of your account at any time. It is recommended that all pending withdrawals be completed before making this request. Account closure requests should be submitted through the support team.

okbit strives to provide uninterrupted service 24 hours a day, however temporary disruptions may occur due to technical issues, maintenance, or third-party software problems. okbit is not liable for any losses arising from such situations.

okbit relies on third-party game providers and payment processors. okbit is not directly liable for any issues caused by these parties, however every effort will be made to resolve problems promptly.
